Bulwark is an open-source, self-hosted server management platform licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The software is designed to be installed and operated on your own infrastructure.
We do not collect, store, process, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Bulwark runs entirely on your own servers. All data — including but not limited to server metrics, database contents, credentials, configuration files, logs, user accounts, and any information managed through the dashboard — resides solely on your infrastructure and is under your exclusive control.
You are solely responsible for:
Bulwark integrates with third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, and others) exclusively through your own locally-installed CLI tools and API keys. We do not provide, proxy, intercept, log, or store any AI API calls, keys, prompts, or responses.
Your use of third-party AI services is governed entirely by your agreement with those providers. We have no liability for:
Bulwark does not include telemetry, usage analytics, crash reporting, update checking, or any mechanism that transmits data from your installation to us or any third party. The software operates entirely offline after installation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOPILOT AI TECH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autopilot AI Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
The Bulwark Community Edition is licensed under AGPL-3.0. Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies the rights granted under that license. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the AGPL-3.0 license, the AGPL-3.0 license shall govern with respect to the open-source software.
Pro, Team, and Enterprise features may be subject to separate commercial license terms.
Bulwark may interface with third-party services (Docker, PostgreSQL, Git providers, Cloudflare, AI providers, etc.) at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
